Six Things You Need To Know About EthicsPoint

What is EthicsPoint?

In the event that associates do not feel comfortable expressing their point of view or sharing feedback or concerns with their leader via the Open Door Policy, associates can do so anonymously through EthicsPoint.

What happens after I contact EthicsPoint?

Once you submit a report online or over the phone, you will receive a report key and create a password which can be used to follow up on your submission. Then, an electronic summary is sent to RH’s People Team for review and to determine further action.

Is EthicsPoint secure and confidential?

RH uses NAVEX's EthicsPoint incident management application to support the administration of EthicsPoint. EthicsPoint is hosted on NAVEX's secure servers and is not part of RH’s website or Intranet. Any report you make will be kept confidential to the fullest extent possible consistent with law and good business practices.

Who administers EthicsPoint?

EthicsPoint is administered by an independent company (NAVEX), is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and can accommodate calls in more than 75 languages. You can contact EthicsPoint anonymously by phone or through the web from most locations.

What is RH's stance on retaliation?

RH does not tolerate retaliation. We consider acts of retaliation to be misconduct. In addition, RH will not terminate, demote, suspend, threaten, harass or in any manner discriminate or take retaliatory action against any associate based upon the lawful actions of such associate with respect to good faith reporting of complaints or concerns. We seek to provide a safe, healthy and productive workplace for our associates and our partners who assist us in our business operations. Every report of retaliation is thoroughly investigated.

Who else can I speak to?

RH encourages an Open Door Policy. The door to anyone's office in the Company is always open to you. Speak up to the channel you are most comfortable, such as your leader, another member of leadership, or the People Team, to discuss any suggestions or address any concerns you might have. We believe that most work-related obstacles can be best addressed through open and honest communications.
